2. The workpiece after pickling should not have visible corrosion phenomena such as oxides and rust spots, and the surface should be substantially uniform in color.
3. Phosphating treatment The zinc dihydrogen phosphate dihydrogen salt is used as the main component solution. The preparation and adjustment of the phosphating bath are carried out according to the requirements of the process.

4. The phosphating workpiece should be thoroughly cleaned with running water to improve the cleaning quality of the surface of the workpiece. At the same time, hot chromic acid solution is used for sealing treatment.
5. The phosphatized workpiece is generally separated from the spray time by no more than 24 hours.
6. After the workpiece is phosphatized and washed with water, it can be sprayed after being dried by a dryer.
