1. Steel filing cabinets shall not have defects such as welding penetration, welding defects, false welding, splashing, etc. Gas welding welding parts shall be flat and firm, and their welding marks shall be uniform. The height of weld marks shall not exceed 1 mm.
2. The radius of the hem of each type of steel file cabinet component shall not be greater than 2.5 times the thickness of the plate.
3. The welding file diameter of the steel filing cabinet is 3-8mm, and the distance between solder joints should be controlled within 100mm. Spot welding should be firm and reliable, solder joints are uniform, and solder joints must not be welded.
